Hellow dosto aj me apko is post me batane wala hu ki Pani Kese Piye bahut sare log hote hai jo pani galat tarike se pite hai jo bad me nusan kar jata hai aj me apko bataunga pani kaise peena chahiye ye bahut jaruri hai health ke liye or aj me apko bataunga ek din me kitna pani piye jisse apke health thik rahege.

  • Subah Jaldi Uthai –  aj me apko aise chizz batane ja raha hu jo apke liye bahut jaruri hai jo apke body ke fitness ko bahut jyda achaa rakhege or apko bimari se bhi bachayegi

bhar kar pite ho to pani me bahut sare bacteria bhi rahte hai jo sarir ke liye nuksaan hai agar ap pan ubal kar piyenge to healthy rahege agar apne 12 class me bio le rakhe hoge to apko 

pakka pata hoga ya phir agar ap doctor ki padhi kar rahe ho to apko pata hoga kitna jaruri hai pani ubal kar pina
